#Home Learning Task

Okay from the MIT test, I found out that I am both intrapersonal and interpersonal. Thus, without further ado, let me begin the assignment!
Intrapersonal
The question i chose is : "Who would you want to be friends with in the novel?"
The person I chose will be Judge Taylor. By being friends with him, I want to know whether he is actually, bluntly put, racist. I want to know whether he actually is fair towards blacks too like in the case of Tom Robinson, but due to societal pressure, he has chosen to go with the norm and be biased and unfair. By being friends with him, I also hope to have a taste of what life as a judge in Maycomb is all about. Especially when there are cases involving blacks. How does Judge Taylor actually respond to them? I hope to be able to know how tough life can be to be a judge in a predominantly racist Maycomb. I also want to seek his personal character, know about his moral values and also why he chose to be a judge in Maycomb, cause in my opinion there is no need for a judge at all. Is a Judge like Mr Taylor just a icon? Just a figure sitting before the audience and witnesses and panel, wielding a gavel? I will also want to learn from him how to cope with racial prejudice in Maycomb, how does he actually resist the temptation of falling to the "dark" side of racism and keep himself straight and just and upright and fair.
Interpersonal
Question: "Conduct a interview with a friend or family member. Find out from their POV on prejudice and discrimination. Either record the interview or write out the interview transcript."
Let the interview commence!
Me: Do you think that prejudice and discrimination exists in our society?"
Friend: Yes, I think so.
Me: Can you give me some examples of prejudice and discrimination in our present day lives?"
Friend: I can't think of any right now
Me: So do you mean that prejudice and discrimination exists more in the European countries?
Friend: I think that as long as there are humans there will be prejudice.
Me: What disadvantages or advantages (*Ahem*) does prejudice and discrimination bring to our society?
Friend: Suprisingly, I thought of a advantage! The advantage would be the victims of discrimination would be spurred to do better or at least fit in with the norms of society.
Me: Okay... Sounds logical
Friend: The disadvantage of the presence of prejudice and discrimination is that our society will be adverselydisillusioned and we are portraying our society to be a unfair and one that is unstable and unfit for people of all races to stay in.
Me: Ok, thanks!
Throughout this short interview my friend has chosen to stay anoymous. However, despite his anoymity, i hope that you readers will gain something from him!
